Professional Boundaries
- Professional boundaries are expected at all times. Private areas will not be part of a massage for any reason.
- Requests for such services include, but are not limited to: any inappropriate contact, suggestive remarks, or advances that make the therapist uncomfortable. These actions will result in immediate termination or cancellation of the appointment and such actions will be viewed as solicitation, which will be reported to the proper authorities.
- Payment for the entire scheduled time will be expected, see cancellation fees below.
Cancellation/Rescheduling:
My time is valuable and I book out that time specifically for you, I may have turned someone else away, so please be courteous and respect my time. If you need to cancel your appointment you are required to give me sufficient notice.
24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required.
Any appointment that is made with Foothills Mobile Massage is considered a scheduled appointment.
Appointment fees are for the scheduled time reserved specifically for you, please understand that if you do not give sufficient notice, that time cannot be rescheduled for someone else that may need it and I will need to charge you the fees listed below. I understand that emergencies may come last minute but please be respectful of my time and give me as much notice as possible:

If a client cancels the appointment once the appointment has started, whether it is by client's request or is caused by the actions of the client, the client will be charged for the entire scheduled time.

- If notice is given less than 4-hour in advance of the appointment, or if you are a no call/no show a fee of 100% of the scheduled time will be charged.
